- If I/we will or have ever broadcast on the VSM Platform, I/we hereby grant VS Media, Inc. and its affiliates, and each of their respective direct and indirect successors, licensees, and assigns, the right to use my/our name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical and professional information, including information I/we provide VS Media, Inc. and any other information about me/us that is publicly available, in connection with the Performer Content and my/our use of the VSM Platform and any adaptations, including to advertise and promote the Performer Content or any product or service that features or includes at least some Performer Content, in whole or in part, as provided by me/us unmodified or as adapted.
- I/We hereby consent to VS Media Inc.’s collection and processing of personal information about me/us that may be required to enable my/our use of the VSM Platform.
